I first met Marc while trying to sell my house 'By Owner.' Marc walked in, took a look around, and told me that he thought it was a fantastic house and that it would sell. "That being said," He told me, "If you decide you'd like some help, please let me know." I put his card on the top of my pile and thanked him, hoping to not have to take him up on his offer.When my 'For Sale By Owner' deal fell through a couple of weeks later, Marc was the first person I called. Selling a home had turned out to be more difficult than it looks, and I just didn't have the time or energy required. Almost none of the other realtors I had met had offered the same laid-back yet informed demeanor, and none of them had conversed as sincerely with me. For those reasons and more, I had kept Marc's card at the top of my pile. I am glad I did.Marc and his team took full control of the process almost immediately, and in so doing, took a lot of the weight off my shoulders. While being able to take a step back was nice, I didn't feel in the dark. Marc kept me completely in the loop, calling and emailing me frequently about any updates or questions that arose without pestering. He always took the time to answer all of my questions, and he offered solid advice when I needed it. With Marc's help we put the house under contract almost immediately, and everything went off without a hitch. Instead of completely moving on to other deals after we had signed, Marc and his team kept on top of things. I was always kept up to date, and I never worried about missing a deadline with helpful reminders from his team. Marc stayed with us through the entire process, and even came to the closing with a card and gift certificate to me and my girlfriend's favorite restaurant.Overall, Marc is a very solid, reliable, and hard working Real Estate Professional.
